about me
My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude. I believe in the power of gentle, supportive challenges to inspire growth and positive change. My goal is to empower you to make choices that lead to a more fulfilling, satisfying life and help you reach your desired outcomes, ensuring that the approach we take resonates with where you are in your personal journey.
As a trainee integrative therapist, I draw from various psychological approaches, including psychodynamic and existential frameworks, while also incorporating transpersonal elements such as visualisations and dream exploration. My primary focus is always you, and I tailor the therapy to suit your specific needs and concerns.
I am a clinical psychotherapist in the final stage of my training at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, and I am working towards UKCP and BACP qualifications.
I offer daytime appointments, with each session lasting 50 minutes. I recommend scheduling sessions at a regular time each week to maintain a steady rhythm for progress and change.
Maintaining a high standard of ethical practice is a top priority. I am dedicated to following the UKCP code of ethics. All my work is overseen by highly experienced psychotherapists to ensure the highest level of professionalism and accountability.
Areas I frequently work with are:
Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Loss, Post-traumatic stress, Trauma, ADD/ADHD, Health-related issues,
